Our Story
After attending cosmetology school in 2010, owner and hair stylist Paula Tahiri dreamt of opening her own salon. She spent years working in salons, off and on, attending professional seminars, learning new techniques, and consistently free-lance styling for friends and family. Through those years, her passion for hair grew and grew. Her love for helping people feel confident in their hair and themselves was undeniable.
Finally, in 2020, ten years later and amidst the pandemic, Paula opened Tahiri Hair. After waiting so long and finally being open, the pandemic left Paula uncertain what would come next.
Slowly but surely, Tahiri Hair began to grow. Support became visible from all ends. We have made our dreams come to life through passionate stylists, wonderful clientele, and an encouraging community. Tahiri Hair has cultivated a family-like and happy atmosphere and shared our culture with customers. Our team prioritizes our welcoming environment and privilege to make individuals confident in their hair and identity. If it were not for the dedication of Tahiri Hair’s staff and the unwavering support of their community, they would not have been able to foster the family they have today.
